Impact Strategic Partners was founded by Sajjad Ahmed and Waqar Ahmed, following more than four decades of combined experience building, growing and successfully exiting highly regulated businesses.

As business owners and operators, we have recruited and led teams, built the systems and infrastructure needed to support growth, developed new markets and revenue streams, and successfully navigated the complexity of business sales.

We established Impact Strategic Partners to bring that first hand experience to established businesses. We invest our own capital, whether that means backing an owner who wants to stay involved or acquiring a business outright, to strengthen those businesses, accelerate sustainable growth and build lasting enterprise value. Where an owner is not considering a sale, we also take selective board and advisory roles.
